What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising has the authority to determine the format and location of post-opening training programs. Bombs Away Franchising may, at any time, require the Principal Executive or other employees to complete these training programs.

This means that as a Bombs Away franchisee, you and your employees may be required to attend additional training after your business has opened. The format of this training could vary, and the location could be anywhere Bombs Away Franchising deems appropriate.

Bombs Away Franchising may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and other expenses if the training program necessitates travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee. Therefore, franchisees should be prepared for potential additional costs associated with ongoing training requirements.

This level of control over training programs is fairly common in franchising, as it allows Bombs Away to maintain consistent standards and adapt to new industry practices or technologies. Franchisees should factor in these potential training costs and time commitments when evaluating the overall investment and operational requirements of the Bombs Away franchise.
