"System Standards" means, as of any given time, the then-current mandatory procedures, requirements, and/or standards of the System as determined by Bombs Away Franchising, which may include without limitation, any procedures, requirements and/or standards for appearance, business metrics, cleanliness, customer service, design, equipment, inventory, marketing and public relations, operating days, operating hours, presentation of Marks, product and service offerings, quality of products and services (including any guaranty and warranty programs), reporting, safety, technology (such as computers, computer peripheral equipment, smartphones, point-of-sale systems, back-office systems, information management systems, security systems, video monitors, other software, backup and archiving systems, communications systems (including email, audio, and video systems), payment acceptance systems,

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, System Standards encompass the mandatory procedures, requirements, and standards determined by Bombs Away Franchising. These standards cover a wide array of aspects including appearance, business metrics, cleanliness, customer service, design, equipment, inventory, marketing and public relations, operating days, operating hours, presentation of Marks, product and service offerings, quality of products and services (including any guaranty and warranty programs), reporting, safety, technology (such as computers, computer peripheral equipment, smartphones, point-of-sale systems, back-office systems, information management systems, security systems, video monitors, other software, backup and archiving systems, communications systems (including email, audio, and video systems), payment acceptance systems, and internet access, as well as upgrades, supplements, and modifications thereto), uniforms, and vehicles. Bombs Away retains the right to modify these standards.

Bombs Away franchisees must adhere to these System Standards to maintain consistency and quality across all franchise locations. This includes offering only the products and services prescribed by Bombs Away and ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Franchisees are also responsible for ensuring their personnel provide competent and courteous service, comply with dress attire, uniform, personal appearance, and hygiene standards set forth in the manual.

Bombs Away may evaluate a franchisee's compliance with System Standards through various methods, including on-site evaluations, customer feedback systems, customer survey programs, and mystery shopping. Bombs Away may set minimum score requirements for these evaluations, and failure to meet these scores can result in a default under the Franchise Agreement. Bombs Away also has the right to cure any default on behalf of the franchisee, with the franchisee responsible for reimbursing all costs and expenses incurred by Bombs Away, plus a 10% administrative fee.
