What is the franchisee's obligation regarding innovations related to the Bombs Away business?

According to the 2024 Bombs Away Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to disclose any ideas, plans, improvements, concepts, methods, and techniques related to the Bombs Away business that they, their employees, agents, or contractors conceive or develop. These are collectively termed "Innovations."

Bombs Away will automatically own all such Innovations. The company has the right to use and incorporate any Innovations into its system without providing any compensation to the franchisee.
