What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to cooperate with Bombs Away Franchising's evaluators during business evaluations. Bombs Away Franchising may conduct these evaluations by accompanying the franchisee or their personnel while they perform services for a customer. If the Bombs Away location is open to the public or used to meet with customers, Bombs Away Franchising can enter the premises during normal business hours to conduct an evaluation.

The evaluation may involve observing operations, conducting physical inventory, assessing physical conditions, monitoring sales, speaking with employees and customers, and taking samples of products and supplies. Bombs Away Franchising is also permitted to videotape or take photographs during the evaluation.

Bombs Away Franchising may set a minimum score for evaluations, and failure to meet this score constitutes a default under the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees must correct any deficiencies noted during an evaluation as soon as reasonably practical. If an evaluation is triggered by a governmental report, customer complaint, or a failure to comply with System Standards, Bombs Away Franchising may charge the franchisee for all out-of-pocket expenses, plus an evaluation fee.
