What must a Bombs Away Franchisee do with any ideas, plans, improvements, concepts, methods, and techniques relating to the Business?

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to disclose all ideas, plans, improvements, concepts, methods, and techniques related to the Bombs Away business that they, their employees, agents, or contractors conceive or develop. These are collectively referred to as "Innovations."

Bombs Away will automatically own all Innovations, and has the right to use and incorporate any Innovations into their system without providing any compensation to the franchisee. This means that any successful improvements or new ideas a franchisee develops for the business become the property of the franchisor, and the franchisee will not receive any financial benefit from their use.

Furthermore, the franchisee is obligated to execute any documents reasonably requested by Bombs Away to formally document the franchisor's ownership of these Innovations.
