What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from taking any actions that could harm the goodwill associated with the Bombs Away Marks. Specifically, the franchise agreement mandates that franchisees, in all interactions with customers, employees, vendors, governmental authorities, and other third parties, must be honest and fair.
This requirement underscores the importance Bombs Away places on protecting its brand reputation and ensuring consistent quality and ethical behavior across all franchise locations. By including this clause, Bombs Away aims to maintain a positive brand image and customer trust, which are vital for the long-term success of both the franchisor and its franchisees.
For a prospective Bombs Away franchisee, this means that they must adhere to high standards of conduct in all aspects of their business operations. Any behavior or action that could be perceived as dishonest, unfair, or unethical is strictly prohibited and could potentially lead to penalties or termination of the franchise agreement. This provision highlights the need for franchisees to prioritize ethical business practices and customer satisfaction to uphold the brand's reputation and goodwill.
