Your own advertising material. You may use your own advertising or marketing material only with our approval. To obtain our approval, you must submit any proposed advertising or marketing material at least 14 days prior to use. If we do not respond, the material is deemed rejected. If you develop any advertising or marketing materials, we may use those materials for any purpose, without any payment to you.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain approval from Bombs Away before using their own advertising or marketing materials. To get approval, a franchisee must submit the proposed advertising or marketing material to Bombs Away at least 14 days before its intended use. If Bombs Away does not respond to the submission within that 14-day period, the material is considered rejected.
This means that a Bombs Away franchisee cannot use the advertising or marketing material if Bombs Away fails to respond within the specified timeframe. The franchisee will need to either resubmit the material and wait for approval or create new advertising material that meets Bombs Away's standards. This requirement ensures that all advertising and marketing efforts align with the Bombs Away brand and standards.
It is important for prospective Bombs Away franchisees to factor in this approval process when planning their marketing activities. The 14-day waiting period could impact the timing of advertising campaigns and promotions. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Bombs Away to ensure timely review and approval of their marketing materials.
