What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Bombs Away Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising has the right to mandate that the Principal Executive of a franchise, along with any other employees, participate in additional training programs. These programs can be in any format and at any location that Bombs Away Franchising determines.

Bombs Away Franchising may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs. If the training program necessitates travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all associated travel, lodging, and other related expenses.

This means that as a Bombs Away franchisee, you must be prepared to invest further in training beyond the initial program. These costs can include training fees charged by Bombs Away as well as travel and lodging if the training is not local. The frequency, content, and location of these post-opening training programs are at the discretion of Bombs Away Franchising, so it is important to factor in these potential ongoing expenses and time commitments when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
