- 7.8 Customer Complaints. Franchisee shall use its best efforts to promptly resolve any customer complaints. Bombs Away Franchising may take any action it deems appropriate to resolve a customer complaint regarding the Business, and Bombs Away Franchising may require Franchisee to reimburse Bombs Away Franchising for any expenses.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising has broad authority to address customer complaints directly. Specifically, Bombs Away Franchising may take any action it deems appropriate to resolve a customer complaint regarding the Business. This gives Bombs Away considerable latitude in how it handles such situations.
Furthermore, Bombs Away Franchising can require the franchisee to reimburse Bombs Away Franchising for any expenses incurred in resolving the complaint. This means that if Bombs Away steps in to handle a customer issue, the franchisee could be responsible for covering the costs.
In addition, Bombs Away Franchising may conduct an evaluation because of a customer complaint or other customer feedback. If Bombs Away Franchising conducts an evaluation because of a customer complaint, Bombs Away Franchising may charge all out-of-pocket expenses plus its then-current evaluation fee to Franchisee.
