What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big Apple Bagels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Big Apple Bagels provides refresher and supplemental training programs or regional or national conventions, franchisees are required to attend.
This means that as a Big Apple Bagels franchisee, you must participate in any additional training or conventions that the franchisor offers. These programs may cover updates to operations, marketing strategies, or new product offerings.
The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses, including local transportation, when attending the initial training program, refresher training programs, and conventions. This could represent a significant ongoing cost for franchisees, so it's important to factor these expenses into your budget.
