What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Best In Class Education Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the technology fee covers all payments made to Best In Class Education Center and its affiliates related to Technology Systems. This includes proprietary items and amounts collected from franchisees to be remitted to third-party suppliers of Technology.

The technology fee may fluctuate due to changes in the Technology Systems themselves or price adjustments implemented by third-party suppliers with whom Best In Class Education Center has master agreements. Additionally, the technology fee may incorporate a reasonable administrative fee to compensate Best In Class Education Center for the resources it invests in managing the technology platform, negotiating contracts with third-party licensors, and handling the collection and remittance of technology fees on behalf of franchisees under master license arrangements.

However, the technology fee does not include payments franchisees make directly to third-party suppliers. The current technology fee is listed in the Manual, and it is due 10 days after invoicing or as otherwise specified by Best In Class Education Center. For a Satellite Office, a franchisee must pay a separate technology fee of $100 per month per Satellite Office, and this fee may be increased to a maximum of $200 per month per Satellite Office upon 30 days' notice.
