Under the Franchise Agreement, we grant you a license to use certain service marks, trademarks, trade names and logos, including the service mark BEST IN CLASS EDUCATION CENTER® (collectively, the "Marks"). The Marks also include our distinctive trade dress used to identify a Center, whether now in existence or developed in the future. We also grant you a license to use our business format and operating system that was developed for the operation of a Center (the "System"). The operational aspects of a Center are contained in our confidential Brand Standards Manual (the "Manual"). You will operate your Center as an independent business using the Marks, the System and the support, guidance and other methods and materials we provide.
