All your advertising must be completely factual, conform to the highest standards of ethical advertising and comply with all Laws.
You must ensure your advertisements and promotional materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
You must comply with any minimum advertised pricing policy we establish.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, all advertising undertaken by franchisees must adhere to specific standards. These standards mandate that all advertising content be completely factual, align with the highest standards of ethical advertising, and comply with all applicable laws. Additionally, franchisees must ensure that their advertisements and promotional materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Franchisees must also comply with any minimum advertised pricing policy established by Best In Class Education Center.
Best In Class Education Center also maintains control over franchisees' social media content. The franchisor reserves the right to monitor content produced by franchisees and can post, edit, or remove content on individual franchisee pages or content created by the franchisee on social media. All postings made by the franchisor are considered final and cannot be deleted or altered by the franchisee. This policy is subject to change at any time, and the franchisor has the right to monitor all of the franchisee's public social media accounts and activity.
Before establishing a business account for Best In Class Education Center, franchisees must obtain approval. The franchisor reserves the right to require franchisees to discontinue using a particular social media account at any time. Franchisees cannot create any blog, social media page, website, or any other social or online media presence that incorporates the trademarks or other intellectual property of the franchisor without prior authorization. If a franchisee receives authorization to create a social media account, they are required to use the approved naming convention for the account name.
