11.3. Authorized Goods and Services. You must offer all goods and services we require, including the specific classes, programs and curriculum we specify. Centers are currently required to offer Math and English classes, SAT and ACT preparation courses, and small group or "private" tutoring for these subjects and a variety of other high school subjects. You have the option, but not the obligation, to offer Special Programs, which must be administered in accordance with our policies, procedures and other requirements. You may only offer Affiliate Programs we approve. We may condition our approval on any requirements we deem appropriate. You may not offer, sell or provide: (a) goods or services to anyone other than children between pre-school and 12th grade; (b) educational classes or tutoring in any subject we have not approved; or (c) any other goods or

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, franchisees must offer specific classes, programs, and curriculum as mandated by Best In Class Education Center. Currently, franchisees are required to provide Math and English classes, along with SAT and ACT preparation courses. Additionally, franchisees must offer small group or "private" tutoring for these subjects, as well as a variety of other high school subjects.
Best In Class Education Center allows franchisees the option, but not the obligation, to offer Special Programs, provided they are administered according to the franchisor's policies and procedures. Franchisees may only offer Affiliate Programs that Best In Class Education Center approves, and such approval may be subject to specific requirements.
However, franchisees are restricted from offering goods or services to individuals other than children between pre-school and 12th grade. They are also prohibited from providing educational classes or tutoring in any subject that Best In Class Education Center has not approved. Furthermore, franchisees cannot offer any other unapproved goods or services, including classes or programs. Best In Class Education Center retains the right to add, modify, or delete authorized goods and services, and franchisees are obligated to comply with these changes upon notification.
