What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, the satellite office fee is considered fully earned upon receipt and is nonrefundable. This means that once the franchisee pays the fee, Best In Class Education Center has earned it, and the franchisee cannot get a refund of this fee under any circumstances.

This policy has significant implications for prospective franchisees. Before paying the satellite office fee, a franchisee should be certain that they are committed to opening a satellite office. Since the fee is nonrefundable, any change of plans or inability to open the satellite office would result in the franchisee losing the entire fee.

Franchisees should carefully consider their financial situation and business plan before committing to a satellite office. It is important to conduct thorough due diligence and seek professional advice to ensure that the satellite office is a viable business opportunity. Understanding the terms and conditions related to fees is a crucial part of making an informed investment decision when considering a Best In Class Education Center franchise.
