We may determine how gift card proceeds are divided or otherwise accounted for and we may retain proceeds from unredeemed gift cards.
We may also terminate a gift card program and/or require you to participate in a new, additional or successor gift card program.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Best In Class Education Center franchisees must participate fully in any gift card program that the franchisor establishes. This includes complying with all policies, purchasing necessary equipment and software, and paying all associated fees.
Best In Class Education Center has the authority to determine how gift card proceeds are divided or accounted for. Importantly, Best In Class Education Center may retain proceeds from unredeemed gift cards. The franchisor can also amend the gift card program rules at any time, and franchisees must comply with these changes immediately.
Furthermore, Best In Class Education Center can terminate a gift card program or require franchisees to participate in new or additional programs. This gives Best In Class Education Center significant control over the gift card program and its financial aspects, which could impact a franchisee's revenue and profitability.
