What renewal fee must a franchisee pay to Best In Class Education Center?

According to the 2025 FDD, Best In Class Education Center franchisees must pay a $2,500 renewal fee if they choose to sign a Successor Agreement and renew their franchise rights. This fee is one of several conditions that must be met to renew the franchise.

In addition to the renewal fee, franchisees must send a notice of intent to renew between 210 and 270 days before the current term expires. They must also not be in default under any agreement with Best In Class Education Center at the time of renewal. Furthermore, franchisees are required to sign the current form of the franchise agreement, including any ancillary documents and a general release.

To maintain brand standards, Best In Class Education Center also requires franchisees to remodel their centers and upgrade furniture, fixtures, and equipment to meet the current standards. Franchisees must also extend the term of their lease to cover the duration of the renewal term. Meeting all these requirements ensures the franchisee can operate for an additional five-year renewal term, with a maximum of three such renewals possible.
