What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best In Class Education Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must obtain approval before relocating their center. If Best In Class Education Center approves the relocation, the franchisee must pay a relocation fee of $1,000 for each new site proposed. In addition to the $1,000 fee, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Best In Class Education Center for all travel expenses incurred to visit the proposed new sites.
The relocation fee and travel expenses are due at the time the new site is proposed. However, Best In Class Education Center will refund 75% of the $1,000 fee if they reject the proposed site.
