What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best In Class Education Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a transferee must meet certain qualifications to be approved. Specifically, the transferee must meet Best In Class Education Center's qualifications, successfully complete the required training program (or make arrangements to do so), and obtain all necessary licenses and permits to operate the business. The transferee must also agree to assume all of the seller's obligations under existing contracts related to the Best In Class Education Center business.
Furthermore, the transferee is required to sign the then-current form of the franchise agreement for the remainder of the original term. However, Best In Class Education Center has the option to allow the transferee to assume the existing Franchise Agreement instead. The transferee must also remodel the center and upgrade the furniture, fixtures, and equipment to meet the current standards within one year of the transfer, or within a shorter period if specified by Best In Class Education Center.
