What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the ACH Agreement for a Best In Class Education Center franchise authorizes the franchisor to electronically debit the franchisee's designated checking account for fees and other amounts owed to the franchisor and its affiliates.

This agreement, as defined in the franchise agreement, allows Best In Class Education Center to directly withdraw funds from the franchisee's account. This is a common practice in franchising as it ensures timely payments of royalties, marketing fees, and other ongoing financial obligations.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review the ACH Agreement to understand the specific terms and conditions, including the frequency and amounts of withdrawals, as well as any potential penalties for insufficient funds or disputed charges. Franchisees should also ensure that they maintain sufficient funds in the designated account to cover all authorized withdrawals to avoid any disruptions in their franchise operations.
