What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, franchisees must participate in any gift card program that Best In Class Education Center establishes. Franchisees are also obligated to pay the required fees and contributions to Best In Class Education Center or a third party to administer the program.
The Gift Card Program Fees are up to $50 per month per center. These fees are not currently imposed, but if they are, they are due 10 days after the invoice date or as Best In Class Education Center specifies.
It is important to note that, as with most fees, these fees are payable to Best In Class Education Center. All fees are nonrefundable and uniformly imposed unless otherwise noted. Franchisees must sign an ACH Authorization Form permitting Best In Class Education Center to electronically debit their bank account for amounts owed.
