What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center Franchise Disclosure Document, Best In Class Education Center does not have the option to purchase a franchisee's Satellite Office. However, Best In Class Education Center does have the option to purchase a franchisee's Center at the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement.
This means that if a franchisee operates a standard Best In Class Education Center, the franchisor retains the right to buy the business upon the end of the franchise term or if the agreement is terminated. However, this purchase option does not extend to Satellite Offices, providing franchisees with more autonomy over their Satellite Office locations.
