We have the right, but not the obligation, to conduct periodic field visits for purposes of providing onsite consultation, assistance and guidance pertaining to the operation and management of your Center.
We may prepare and provide you with a report detailing any problems or concerns observed during the field visit together with required or suggested changes or improvements to address or resolve them.
You must implement all required corrective measures in the time and manner we specify.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Best In Class Education Center is not obligated to conduct field visits to franchisee locations.
