As further detailed in Item 6 you pay: (a) monthly technology fees to us for certain software, technology and related services that we (or our affiliate) provide (currently 1 email account and a license to Google suite products); and (b) BCP-LMS Monthly Fees to LBIS for use of BCP-LMS. The table below identifies the ongoing fees and costs you pay for software, technology, Apps, subscriptions and related services (including software, technology and related services covered by the technology fee):

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, the monthly technology fee covers certain software, technology, and related services provided by Best In Class Education Center or its affiliate. Currently, this includes one email account and a license to Google suite products.
The technology fee is up to $200 per month (currently $100), with an additional $10 charge for each extra email address exceeding one. Annually, this could amount to up to $2,400 (currently $1,200) plus $120 per additional email address. This fee is paid directly to Best In Class Education Center.
In addition to the technology fee, franchisees also pay BCP-LMS Monthly Fees to LBIS for the use of BCP-LMS. These fees are calculated as the sum of monthly student user fees (up to $15 per student per subject per month, currently $8), 2% of gross sales minus enrichment sales, and 1% of special program sales. QuickBooks is another ongoing cost, ranging from $50 to $80 monthly, paid to a third party.
