- (e) Email Accounts.
At no additional charge, we will provide you with one (1) BEST IN CLASS EDUCATION CENTER® email address for use with your Business.
If you request additional email addresses, we may charge you our then-current fee for each additional email address that you request (this fee would be added to the technology fee described in §11.8(f)).
You must exclusively use the email address or addresses we provide for all communications with us, parents, students, customers, suppliers and other Persons relating to your Business.
You may not use any email address we provide for any purpose unrelated to your Business.
We will own the email addresses and accounts but allow you to use them during the Term.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, franchisees will receive one free email address. This email address is to be used for all communications pertaining to the business, including interactions with Best In Class Education Center itself, parents, students, customers, and suppliers.
If a franchisee requires additional email addresses, Best In Class Education Center may charge a fee for each additional address. This fee would be added to the technology fee, as described in another section of the FDD. The franchisee is obligated to use only the email addresses provided by Best In Class Education Center for all business-related communications.
Best In Class Education Center retains ownership of these email addresses and accounts, but grants the franchisee the right to use them during the term of the franchise agreement. This arrangement ensures that all official communications are conducted through channels managed and controlled by the franchisor, maintaining brand consistency and security.
