Within 30 days after your opening date, we send a corporate trainer to your Center to provide approximately 2 days of onsite training and operational assistance. Onsite training is an informal program where we monitor your operations and assist you with the operation of your Center.

The format for training may include lectures, interactive role playing, conference calls or webinars. We reserve the right to conduct all (or any portion) of the training program remotely via webinar, conference call or similar means. The training materials primarily consist of the Manual. We do not charge for training materials.

According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, franchisees receive approximately 2 days of onsite training and operational assistance at their center within 30 days after opening. This onsite training is conducted by a corporate trainer who monitors operations and provides assistance.

In addition to the onsite training, Best In Class Education Center also provides initial training that includes virtual training and management training. The managing owner must complete a 2.5-hour virtual training session before attending the 5 to 7 days of management training at a company-owned or franchised center in Washington or another designated location.

Prospective franchisees should note that they must reimburse Best In Class Education Center for travel expenses incurred to send the corporate trainer for onsite training, with estimated costs ranging from $1,300 to $3,800. If a franchisee requests more than one trainer, they will incur an additional training fee of $350 per additional trainer per day, with a minimum of 2 days charged.
