Our affiliate, LBIS, LLC ("LBIS"), is the exclusive supplier for our BC Portal, BC Printing Software and Learning Management Systems, each of which is an integral part of our proprietary online business management platform ("BCP-LMS") that is used to manage and operate a Center. LBIS has never owned and operated a Center. LBIS's principal business address is 3712 88th Avenue SE, Mercer Island, Washington 98040. We do not have any other affiliates that provide goods or services to our franchisees.
