The initial franchise fee is inclusive of a $10,000 initial training fee for the franchise management and operations training program ("Management Training") that we conduct before you open your Center.
Systems Implementation Fee
At the time you sign the Franchise Agreement you pay our affiliate, LBIS, a $2,000 implementation fee for the setup and configuration of BCP-LMS (the "Systems Implementation Fee"). We may require you to pay us the Systems Implementation Fee, in which case we will remit the fee to our affiliate.
Grand Opening Marketing Fee
At the time you sign the Franchise Agreement, you pay us a $10,000 grand opening marketing fee. We spend all of these funds on grand opening marketing activities to promote your Center over a 6-month period, completing no later than 2 months after your grand opening. We do not keep any portion of these funds.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best In Class Education Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for the first center is $45,000. This fee is paid when you sign the Franchise Agreement. The initial franchise fee includes a $10,000 initial training fee for the franchise management and operations training program that Best In Class Education Center conducts before the center opens.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, Best In Class Education Center requires a Systems Implementation Fee of $2,000, payable to LBIS, an affiliate, for the setup and configuration of BCP-LMS. There is also a Grand Opening Marketing Fee of $10,000, which is used for marketing activities to promote the new center over a 6-month period, completing no later than 2 months after the grand opening.
Prospective franchisees should note that the initial franchise fee is nonrefundable. However, a portion of pre-paid travel expenses for grand opening assistance may be refundable if Best In Class Education Center's actual expenses are less than the estimate.
