What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, Best In Class Education Center does not assist franchisees in lease negotiations. However, Best In Class Education Center will provide contact information for a recommended real estate attorney that the franchisee can hire to help review and negotiate their lease.
Best In Class Education Center does, however, provide franchisees with site selection assistance. Best In Class Education Center will consider factors such as the visibility, size, condition, and characteristics of the building; traffic counts and patterns; accessibility, parking availability, and security; neighborhood character; the location of competitors; and local demographic and economic data when reviewing potential sites.
After Best In Class Education Center approves the franchisee's site, the franchisee must provide complete dimensions and specifications of the leased space. Best In Class Education Center will then prepare and send the franchisee two alternative site drawings for consideration. The franchisee must then hire a licensed and bonded architect, designated or approved by Best In Class Education Center, to prepare initial and final construction plans, which Best In Class Education Center must approve.
