You must participate at your own expense in all advertising, promotional and marketing programs we require. You must develop a strong network of relationships within your community and with your local school districts. You are not required to participate in an advertising cooperative. There is currently no franchisee advertising council that advises us on marketing and advertising matters.

According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, franchisees are not required to participate in an advertising cooperative. The FDD also states that there is currently no franchisee advertising council that advises Best In Class Education Center on marketing and advertising matters.

However, franchisees must participate at their own expense in all advertising, promotional, and marketing programs that Best In Class Education Center requires. Franchisees are also expected to develop a strong network of relationships within their community and with local school districts.

Best In Class Education Center may create advertising and marketing materials for franchisee use, and the Brand Fund may be used to pay for the creation and distribution of these materials, in which case there will be no additional charge to the franchisee. Alternatively, Best In Class Education Center may provide online access to these materials, in which case the franchisee must print the materials at their own expense, or contract with third-party suppliers to create advertising or marketing materials that the franchisee may purchase.
