According to Best In Class Education Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not obligated to renew their franchise agreement. The standard Franchise Agreement offers renewal options, while the Area Development Agreement does not.
Specifically, if a franchisee meets Best In Class Education Center's conditions for renewal under the standard Franchise Agreement, they have the option to enter into up to three consecutive successor franchise agreements, each lasting five years. After these initial renewals, any further renewals are subject to mutual agreement between Best In Class Education Center and the franchisee; neither party is obligated to continue the franchise relationship beyond those three terms.
For franchisees operating under an Area Development Agreement with Best In Class Education Center, there are no renewal rights granted. This means that at the end of the initial term, the franchise relationship concludes without an option for extension. A franchisee should carefully consider the implications of these different agreement types regarding renewal options before investing in a Best In Class Education Center franchise.
