Signage: You must purchase and install the signage we specify. However, you may need to modify our standard signage to conform to local zoning laws, property use restrictions and/or lease terms. In some instances, exterior signage may be prohibited due to applicable zoning or use restrictions. The low estimate assumes your Center is located within an office building that does not allow exterior signage while the high estimate assumes your Center will be in retail space with exterior signage.
