What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center Franchise Disclosure Document, an "Owner" is defined as a person who directly signs the Franchise Agreement as the franchisee, either alone or with others, or who owns an equity interest in the business or Franchisee Entity, directly or indirectly.
In addition, Best In Class Education Center requires prospective franchisees to complete a Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire before entering into a Franchise Agreement. This questionnaire helps Best In Class Education Center ensure that their franchise sales team followed proper procedures and that the franchisee had adequate opportunity to review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), consult with advisors, and ask questions.
The Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire must be signed and dated the same day the Franchise Agreement is signed and the franchise fee is paid. The questionnaire includes a series of questions to confirm the franchisee's understanding of the agreement, the FDD, and any statements made by Best In Class Education Center representatives. By signing the questionnaire, the franchisee acknowledges that they have carefully considered each question and responded truthfully, and that Best In Class Education Center will rely on their answers.
