What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best In Class Education Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the development fee, which is paid when signing an Area Development Agreement (ADA), consists of the total initial franchise fees for all centers the franchisee commits to develop under the ADA. Franchisees who sign an ADA do not pay any additional initial franchise fees under the Franchise Agreements they sign for these centers.
The initial franchise fee for each center is determined by the number of centers the franchisee is purchasing. The FDD states that Best In Class Education Center expects that most area developer franchisees will purchase the right to develop between 2 and 4 centers.
This results in development fees ranging from $85,000 to $155,000. This fee structure incentivizes franchisees to commit to multiple locations upfront, as the initial franchise fee decreases with each subsequent center purchased.
