What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FDD does not specify any approved or exclusive suppliers for Best In Class Education Center franchisees. The document does outline that franchisees must offer all goods and services that Best In Class Education Center requires, including specific classes, programs, and curriculum. These currently include Math and English classes, SAT and ACT preparation courses, and small group or private tutoring for these subjects and a variety of other high school subjects.

Best In Class Education Center franchisees have the option to offer Special Programs, administered according to the franchisor's policies and procedures, and may only offer Affiliate Programs that Best In Class Education Center approves. The franchisor may set requirements for approval of these programs. Franchisees cannot offer goods or services to individuals other than children between pre-school and 12th grade, educational classes or tutoring in unapproved subjects, or any other unapproved goods or services.

Additionally, franchisees are restricted from conducting off-site classes or tutoring, selling goods or services at wholesale, marketing or selling through alternative channels, or using the center for unauthorized purposes. Best In Class Education Center retains the right to modify or delete authorized goods and services, and franchisees must comply with these changes upon notification. Since the FDD does not list approved or exclusive suppliers, it is important for potential franchisees to ask the franchisor directly about any preferred vendors or requirements for sourcing materials and supplies.
