What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, the Brand Overview training is conducted online. This initial training is a 2.5-hour virtual session.
The virtual training is designed to provide a preliminary overview of the Best In Class Education Center brand and its operations. This ensures that trainees have a foundational understanding of the system before they attend the more in-depth Management Training.
Following the virtual training, trainees will then participate in 5 to 7 days of Management Training at a company-owned or franchised center in Washington, or any other location that Best In Class Education Center designates. This comprehensive approach, starting with virtual training, aims to equip new franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary for operating their own Best In Class Education Center.
