What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, franchisees must pay a nonrefundable $10,000 grand opening marketing fee upon execution of the Franchise Agreement. This fee applies even if the franchise is acquired through a transfer from another franchisee.

Best In Class Education Center uses these funds to implement the franchisee's approved grand opening marketing plan over a six-month period, which concludes no later than two months after the center's grand opening. However, there's an exception: Best In Class Education Center may require franchisees to directly manage these funds with third-party suppliers to execute the grand opening marketing plan, in which case the franchisee does not pay the $10,000 grand opening marketing fee to Best In Class Education Center.

Furthermore, Best In Class Education Center offers a $5,000 allowance toward grand opening marketing activities for United States Veterans or Qualified Educators, which will be utilized during the same six-month period. A "Qualified Educator" includes credentialed educators, state-certified teachers (active or retired), licensed childcare professionals, college educators, or educators employed through an accredited Kindergarten through 12th-grade institution.
