"BCP-LMS" means our proprietary business management platform owned by LBIS and used to operate a Center, and which incorporates various Technology Systems including BC Portal, BC Printing Software and LMS. The term includes any modified or successor platform that LBIS designates in the future.
BPC-LMS was developed specifically for the management and operation of a Center.
The BCP-LMS Monthly Fees imposed pursuant to §14.3 covers the licensing fee for BCP-LMS and all associated updates, maintenance and support.
At any time during the Term, LBIS reserves the right to: (a) require you to sign a software or technology license agreement governing your use of BCP-LMS; and/or (b) modify or discontinue BPC-LMS.
You must utilize BPC-LMS in accordance with the Manual.
