Answer from 2025 FDD Document

The Manual includes our standards and specifications for the design, layout, equipping and trade dress for a Center. After we approve your site, you must send us complete and detailed dimensions and specifications of the leased space. After receiving this information, we prepare and send you 2 alternative Site Drawings for your consideration. You select the Site Drawing you prefer. You must hire a licensed and bonded architect that we designate or approve to prepare initial design plans and final construction plans for your Center. We must approve these plans. Once approved, you must construct and equip your Center according to the approved construction plans and the requirements of the Manual. We do not provide assistance with conforming the premises to local ordinances and building codes and obtaining any required permits, and/or constructing, remodeling, or decorating the premises (your architect is responsible for these obligations). You must purchase (or lease) and install the Technology Systems, equipment, fixtures, signs and other items we require.
