If we award you a franchise, you must sign the form of franchise agreement attached to this Disclosure Document as EXHIBIT "C" (the "Franchise Agreement"). Under the Franchise Agreement, we grant you a license to use certain service marks, trademarks, trade names and logos, including the service mark BEST IN CLASS EDUCATION CENTER® (collectively, the "Marks"). The Marks also include our distinctive trade dress used to identify a Center, whether now in existence or developed in the future. We also grant you a license to use our business format and operating system that was developed for the operation of a Center (the "System"). The operational aspects of a Center are contained in our confidential Brand Standards Manual (the "Manual"). You will operate your Center as an independent business using the Marks, the System and the support, guidance and other methods and materials we provide.

According to the 2025 Best In Class Education Center FDD, Exhibit C is the Franchise Agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which BiC Franchise System Corporation grants a franchise to the franchisee.
The Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee a license to use Best In Class Education Center's service marks, trademarks, trade names, and logos, including the BEST IN CLASS EDUCATION CENTER® service mark. It also licenses the use of their business format and operating system developed for the operation of a Best In Class Education Center.
The operational aspects of the Best In Class Education Center are detailed in the confidential Brand Standards Manual. As an independent business, the franchisee will operate their center using the Marks, the System, and the support, guidance, and other materials provided by BiC Franchise System Corporation. This agreement is binding and contains the entire agreement between BiC Franchise System Corporation and the franchisee concerning the Best In Class Education Center franchise.
