Does UWIN have the right to approve advertising materials displaying the Seal for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing?

According to the 2025 FDD, UWIN has specific rights regarding the use of its Seal of Approval by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchisees participating in the UWIN Customer Complaint Resolution Program. UWIN grants franchisees a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Seal in connection with the program and the franchisee's business. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchisees must display the Seal on business materials, websites, advertising, and marketing materials only in the manner prescribed by UWIN. UWIN retains the right, but not the obligation, to review and approve all labeling, advertising, displays, and other items on which the Seal appears before the franchisee uses them.
