New Millennium Academy, L.L.C. a Missouri limited liability company ("Success Academy"). Success Academy provides training classes and skill development to Company-Owned Outlets, our franchisees, and franchisees of Mister Sparky and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and their employees. Success Academy reserves the right to offer training classes and skill development to non-franchisees and non-affiliates in its sole and absolute discretion.
