We also have affiliates that offer goods and services to our franchisees. These affiliates are:
- BuyMax SPE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("BuyMax"). In addition to offering goods and services to our franchisees, BuyMax negotiates agreements with manufacturers, distributors, and service providers for the benefit of Company-Owned Outlets, our franchisees, franchisees of Mister Sparky, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and several of our affiliated brands. BuyMax also sells products to independent BuyMax® members who are not affiliated with us and may compete with our brand.
