- 22.7. No Implied Consent.
Whenever this Agreement requires our prior approval or consent, you are required to make a timely written request, and the approval or consent must be obtained in writing and signed by one of our officers.
We make no warranties or guarantees and assume no liability or obligation to you by providing any waiver, approval, consent or suggestion in connection with this Agreement.
