APPENDIX B-2 TO FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BRAND PROGRAMS
UWIN Customer Complaint Resolution Program
You are required to participate in and comply with any other programs that we prescribe for Franchised Businesses, as specified in the Brand Appendix.
You are required to pay us an ongoing royalty fee in the amount shown in the Brand Appendix (“Royalty Fee”).
Unless we designate a different period, the Royalty Fee will be paid on the schedule shown in the Brand Appendix.
You are required to contribute to the Brand Fund on an ongoing basis the amount shown in the Brand Appendix.
