You are about to enter into a Franchise Agreement with Benjamin Franklin Franchising SPE LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The purpose of this Questionnaire is to confirm that you understand the terms of the agreement and that no unauthorized statements or promises have been made to you. Please review each of the following questions and statements carefully and provide honest and complete responses to each. Note: If you are purchasing an existing franchised business from an existing franchisee, you may have received information from the transferring franchisee, who is not our employee or representative. The questions below do not apply to any communications that you had with the transferring franchisee.

According to the 2025 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Franchise Disclosure Document, the questionnaire that prospective franchisees must complete before executing the Franchise Agreement does not apply to communications with the transferring franchisee if you are purchasing an existing franchise.

However, the FDD explicitly states that if a prospective franchisee is purchasing an existing franchised business from a current franchisee, the questionnaire does not apply to any communications with the transferring franchisee. This is because the transferring franchisee is not an employee or representative of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
