- 6.19. Territory Visits and Inspections.
You are required to permit our representatives to inspect the operations of the Franchised Business and to enter your business premises during normal business hours to review records, to observe, photograph and record operations, to remove samples of goods, materials and supplies for testing and analysis, and to interview your customers, employees, and vendors.
You are required to provide assistance as reasonably requested by our representatives.
Upon notice from us, you are required to immediately begin any steps necessary to correct deficiencies noted during a Territory visit.
