What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Equipment Package' refers to a prescribed list of equipment and accessories necessary for operating a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise at the time of opening.

Specifically, as a condition of opening the franchise, franchisees are required to order the Equipment Package, along with all other technology equipment, signs, fixtures, furnishings, inventory, and supplies, from a Designated Vendor, if required by the Franchisor. This ensures that the franchise adheres to the Brand Standards set by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
