ITEM 2 BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
As noted in Item 1, AB Inc. manages our franchising activities and acts as our franchise sales agent. Listed below are the officers of BFP-SPE, the officers of AB Inc., and the employees of AB Inc. who have management responsibility relating to the sale or operation of the franchises offered in this disclosure document.
President: Lance Sinclair
Mr. Sinclair has been our President since February 2023 and holds the same position for our affiliate brands, MSE and OHAC. He was our Chief Operating Officer from April 2022 to February 2023 and held the same position with MSE and OHAC during that same time. He was previously our Vice President of Franchise Operations from May 2021 to April 2022 and held the same position with MSE and OHAC.
