What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit all proposed advertising and promotional materials to the franchisor for approval at least thirty days before their intended use. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has 15 days to approve or disapprove the submitted materials.
Specifically, if a franchisee submits advertising plans or materials, they will be considered disapproved unless Benjamin Franklin Plumbing provides written approval within 15 days of submission. This means a franchisee needs to factor in this approval window when planning marketing campaigns to ensure compliance with the brand's standards.
This approval process ensures that all advertising and promotional efforts align with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's brand standards and specifications. Franchisees do not need to resubmit plans or materials that were either prepared by the franchisor or have been approved within the last 12 months, streamlining the process for frequently used or pre-approved content.
